Portfolio optimization based on predictive models, not intuition

Miravento AI unifies balances, positions and exposures from multiple exchanges into a single analytical infrastructure, applying stochastic models to quantify risk and implied volatility before they impact the outcome.

Who we are

A quantitative method, not a trading signal

Miravento AI was born from the meeting between quantitative finance and data engineering. The team integrates Bayesian inference models and neural network-based monitoring systems with an execution infrastructure connected to multiple exchanges to give asset managers and institutional investors a consistent analytical foundation on which to base asset allocation decisions.

The operational headquarters is in Genoa. The approach is deliberately sober: every indication produced by the system is traceable back to the source data and the model parameters that generated it, according to a "white box" logic rather than an algorithmic black box.

Multi-exchange integration

A single view into assets fragmented across multiple platforms

Managing a wallet distributed across multiple exchanges normally involves access to separate interfaces, with different API standards, data formats and latency times. The Miravento AI orchestration layer normalizes these flows into a single data schema, allowing predictive models to operate on a consistent information basis, regardless of the source platform.

Spot positions, derivative instruments and staking balances flow into the same operational dashboard, with continuous updating of exposures for individual assets and for individual trading venues.

The analytical engine

Three distinct functions, one decision pipeline

Analysis, prediction, and execution operate as sequential steps of the same process, not as isolated modules.

01

Predictive modeling

Stochastic models process time series and market signals in real time to estimate price scenarios over short and medium horizons. Bayesian inference updates probability estimates as new data arrives, rather than relying on a static, fixed prediction over time.

02

Real-time risk assessment

A neural network-based monitoring system observes implied volatility, asset correlations and market depth, flagging significant changes in the risk profile before they translate into realized portfolio losses.

03

Automated rebalancing

Based on the risk thresholds defined by the client, the system proposes or executes — according to the permissions granted — rebalancing operations calibrated on the target asset allocation, reducing the time of exposure to unwanted deviations.

Methodology

From market noise to actionable information

In the absence of case studies or public references, we prefer to make the process itself visible: how raw data becomes verifiable operational indications.

01

Data collection and normalization

Market data, order books and execution histories are collected from connected exchanges and normalized into a common scheme, with quality checks that exclude outliers or out of time sequence.

02

Algorithmic validation

Each model is subjected to tests on historical data not used in the training phase (out-of-sample backtesting) and to statistical consistency checks, before its output is made available to the customer.

03

Output to support the decision

The result is not an order executed without control, but a documented indication — confidence interval, underlying assumptions, key risk factors — that the client can accept, modify or reject.

Security and governance

Access to data and execution, never custody of funds

Trust in an automated system is built on the limits imposed on it, even before its capabilities.

Encryption

Encryption standards

API credentials and wallet data are encrypted at rest and in transit with TLS 1.2+ protocols and symmetric storage-layer encryption. The keys are never exposed in the interface after the initial setup.

Custody

Non-custodial setting

Miravento AI does not hold or transfer custody of funds. The assets remain deposited at the exchange chosen by the customer; the platform operates exclusively as an analytical and, if authorized, executive level.

Permissions

API permission logic

The API keys configured by the customer limit access to reading and, if enabled, trading functions only. The withdrawal permission is never requested or used by the system.

Priority access

Request priority access or a technical demo

The initial conversation with the Miravento AI team is a technical discussion, not a commercial presentation: together we analyze the current portfolio structure, connected platforms and operational constraints, before defining an appropriate access path.

Requests are evaluated individually based on the complexity of the portfolio and the number of exchanges to be integrated.
